Dear all,

You will all receive a letter on Monday to inform you that your contract will expire on the 31st of August 2011.
In fact, we have sold the house, the new owner initially wanted to keep the rooms rented but then he changed his mind.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this might cause to you and therefore we propose you to compensate the last monthly rent with the deposit you have paid at the beginning of your contract. 
Please make sure that you have paid the whole deposit, otherwise please pay the difference in the next days.
